Today officially qualifies as the most stressful and annoying and least productive days of my professional career - and this is saying a lot, considering some of the ridiculousness that has happened throughout my 7 years here. How is it possible that EVERY product I support has been damaged, delayed or otherwise fouled up in the course of one week. I cannot take any more of being yelled at by unhappy customers.
